Thank you for your email and the updated details.
Here is the confirmed schedule for the senior photography session:
- Setup/Arrival Time: 7:00 AM
- Photography Start Time: 8:00 AM
- End Time: Between 3:00 – 3:30 PM
Photographers will check in with you at the front office upon arrival and will set up in the conference room next to the cafeteria.
Please note, this is a one-day job, so our team will not be leaving equipment overnight. If there has been any miscommunication regarding the schedule or expectations, please let me know so we can address it proactively and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Additionally, I want to emphasize that this year we are using our 1-Click program, which means all students will be photographed in tux and drape only. There will be no cap and gown option available. Please make sure this is clearly communicated to staff and families ahead of time to avoid any confusion on picture day.
